GROUP CLASSES

Practicing yoga with your community can be a powerful way to connect and deepen mindfulness. Sarah will come to your gathering place to teach from a variety of beginner-friendly class styles depending on your group needs. 

All classes include meditation, deep breathing, gentle stretching, and pose modifications to make each posture accessible. A limited number of props are available upon request.
